This and That - a chocolate box workshop with Diane
90 minutes of fluid, flowing, fun - August 8th 11am

It’s Fluid, Flowing and Fun, it’s a mixed bag and depending upon the class level, you never know what you’re gonna get! What we do know is that it will leave you feeling energized and joyful, more flexible in your joints, muscles and more importantly, in your mind. Join Diane for this one-of-a-kind, 90 minute class at Rhythm and Moves. Be prepared to increase your internal energy (chi), play and move around with fluid, flowing motions and poses. Finishing off with a Fun and surprising ending! No experience necessary; No pretzel poses, we promise! All are welcome, class size is limited so please register early – your payment is your reservation.

We are creating an informal Reading Group to augment this webcast.  Feel free to join us, bring drinks and munchies! 

You don't need to be a part of the webcast, but you do need to start reading the New Earth, by Eckhart Tolle! !

Aikido  8-week Class Series

 

The fluidity and freedom of movement are factors that distinguish Aikido from other martial arts. Some describe Aikido as a moving meditation, and each movement becomes a purification of the spirit. Lynn teaches how to view life from a broader perspective through the principles of Aikido, with emphasis on "going with the flow" of life. True strength, power and mental understanding are capable of existing without control. In this 8-week series you'll learn and practice basic Aikido technique, philosophy and teachings you can integrate throughout your life. Aikido is an excellent form of self-defense training and mind-body exercise as well as a personal journey of self-discovery
