Rhythm & Moves is a beautiful Southlake facility that provides integrated fitness through yoga, Pilates, dance and Nia.  We have both group fitness classes and Pilates equipment training.

Rhythm & Moves has professionally trained and certified instructors that are dedicated to your fitness and healthy living.  Experience personal growth as you combine movement forms that take your body, mind, and soul into consideration.

Most of us lead stressful, fast-paced lifestyles.  Rhythm and Moves offers a warm, friendly atmosphere for working out, making friends and plain, old-fashioned fun!
